Exclusive Model Agency has set aside M45 000 to make the upcoming Kasi Fashion Expo, an exhibition that will attract many people.

Exclusive Model Agency is a promotional agency which was founded in 2020, and focuses mainly on fashion.

The Kasi Fashion Expo is a fashion show and fashion expo in one event which is organised and prepared by Exclusive Model Agency.

The founder and director of Exclusive Model Agency, Mojalefa Kolobe, says the intention of the expo is to promote and create a market to local brands and local fashion designers.

Mojalefa said the objective is to give all local fashion designers and developers a market platform to showcase their creativeness.

“In preparation for this event, the agency is trying its best to give out the best for Lesotho. At the same time, the agency is facing difficulties as only a few fashion designers are coming forward to register.

“However, there will be radio interviews about the expo after the deadline of fashion designers’ registration.

“We are also willing to reward categories such as best local brand, best male as well as best female model.

“Rewards include certificates, cash prizes, beauty cosmetics and many more,” Mojalefa revealed.

Mojalefa said this is a first fashion expo that include brands showcasing and rewarding models.

He said the agency is more focused on creativeness, skills and ability to show what is in fashion designers mind.

Mojalefa, who is also the national director of Zuri Africa Lesotho, revealed that the expo will be held at Victory Hall in Maseru on May 7.

The Upper Thamae born said moving on they will be shifting from clothes to makeup, jewellery and hairstyles.

Mojela says he will keep being innovative when it comes to anything related to the modelling industry. He is also an information technology student at Bokamoso College of Technology and currently on an attachment.

During weekdays, he is at work and mostly spends time with his models on Saturdays.
