Insurance company, Lesotho National Insurance Group (LNIG-Hollard) made a grand announcement by presenting its newly appointed brand ambassadors – rapper Malome Vector and legendary Famo female artist Puseletso Seema.

LNIG was established in 1977 as a wholly-owned parastatal and is one of the oldest insurance companies in Lesotho and is now the country’s leading short-term insurer.

During the announcement today, LNIG Hollard’s head of brand, Liepollo Tsekoa, said LNIG is an old company, therefore the company looked for someone who resonates Lesotho’s heritage and who will invite young people to be part of the insurance company.

Tsekoa said LNIG Hollard actively needs to look for young people therefore Malome Vector fitted the position “because he speaks very well about Lesotho and Basotho.”

She said the artists were given a two-year contract.

She added that what is most exciting about having the brand ambassadors is that in a month they will be releasing a collaboration song.

“The two artists will be seen in advertisements where they will be acting as LNIG Hollard brand ambassadors,” Tsekoa said.
