Letlotlo Nkuebe has finally released her much anticipated new single “Company’ which she says has been produced in celebration of her love life.

In an interview with this publication this week, the 22-year old rapper from Mohale’s Hoek said the new single is not all she has for her fans this year but also they can expect a Mixtape soon.

Nkuebe said her love of music began when she was 11 years old. But at the time, she was more focused on poetry than music.

“I broke into the music scene in 2019 when I released my first ever single at the time. From there, I released my first big project which was my EP named Badbat last in in October. It contained nine tracks and people loved it very much.

“It was then followed by features I handled and also by another single earlier this year. Basotho have been supporting me ever since being in the music scene. The reception has been quite amazing and everybody is just surprised about my unpopular sound (singing) on this new single since I am known by rapping,” she said.

She explained that she was currently not just pushing her new single to be known but also working on the Mixtape. She is proud that her music inspired her “because it is more concentrated on herself than anything”.

Nkuebe’s single talks about a couple that enjoys each other’s’ company at all times.
