Cultural Modelling Agency, Sothokidsis today releasing its first show dubbed Catch up with Sothokids.

Sothokids is a culture modelling agency founded in January 2019 by two siblings Makhebe Seatlana and Theresia Seatlana. It is aimed at promoting Basotho culture which he thought is slowly dying among the youth.

Director of the modelling agency. Makhebe said that he realised that some youngsters are going through tough times as they experience depression, mental health problems, abuse and early child marriage.

Commonly known as Khosi Khebez by his peers, he told theReporter that he thought it was important for him to create awareness among the youth about the challenges they face.

“We also realised that artists and models are not highly recognized in the country. So we want this platform to be the best for them to get enough exposure and market their different talents.

“Importantly, the show is about the challenges that the youth go through and how they can be assisted. It is also about enhancing their talents” he explained.

Khosi Khebez said the event will also aim at empowering the youth by sensitising them about their skills and talents.

Khosi Khebez, who is also the director of the show, said he was hoping for an event worth watching.

“The whole production team pours out its heart and soul when creating each episode. People are likely to excited by the show.

“Our show consists of live audience, for that matter, it is much inter-active because we engage them to the topic being discussed. The show will air on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube but we believe that going forward, we may have a slot at Lesotho Television and get to be recognised,” he explained.

He added: “Our show is going to be both exciting and educational. The episode will run for

30minutes and there will be time for advertisements,” Khosi Khebez said connoted.
