Letshego Financial Services has moved its Mafeteng branch to a new and bigger location.

The company said the move signifies its unwavering commitment to provide the best services to its customers.

The relocation is not just a change of address, but rather, a leap forward in Letshego’s ability to serve customers better, it noted.

Official opening the new branch on Wednesday this week, Letshego chief executive officer, Selloane Tsike, said with improved facilities and more convenient setting, they are confident that the new location will significantly enhance their service delivery and accessibility for all their stakeholders.

Tsike said the relocation is more than a logistic move; it is a testament to their commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.

“An inclusive financial solution partner, Letshego has always been dedicated to supporting the diverse needs of Basotho.

“We serve clients in both the public and private sectors, including micro and small-scale entrepreneurs who are the backbone of our economy.

“Our new branch is strategically positioned to ensure that we continue to meet the evolving needs of these vital customer segments,” Tsike explained.

She noted that the new location symbolised the company’s growth and progress. It also stands as a signal for their dedication to empowering individuals and businesses through accessible and inclusive services.

Letshego further believes that by improving its facilities and operations, it is better equipped to contribute to the economic development of the Mafeteng community and the nation at large.

On her part, the branch manager, Tṥepang Majoro, welcomed the new premises, which she described as world class.

Majoro said Letshego clients’ commitment, trust and support has resulted in the opening of the new branch.

It is also a direct response to clients’ feedback and Letshego’s desire to serve its customers better.

The district administrator of Mafeteng, Bonang Moranye, urged Letshego to ensure that Basotho understand the services they offer.

He said sometimes people take out loans without fully understanding the repercussions of doing so.

“I therefore, wholeheartedly beg that Letshego’s team speaks firmly when it comes to loans and everything surrounding such transactions,” he added.

Head of sales, distribution, products and marketing at Letshego financial services, Motebang Moeketsi, the company prides itself in improving lives.

He also stated that they have a financial literacy scheme which gives out loans to clients after educating them on how it works.

“We assist clients to work towards achieving their goals after getting loans,” Moeketsi added.
