Their partnership that will be officially launched on Monday next week, further aims at preparing MSMEs to be investment ready, facilitating access to markets and helping them engage in international trade.

According to a BEDCO statement, the partnership is also in pursuit of expanding opportunities for MSMEs on a global scale.

ā€œIn the pursuit of expanding opportunities for MSMEs on a global scale, BEDCO seeks to establish valuable partnership locally and internationally.

“This initiative has brought BEDCO into contact with Shekina Invest,” the statement noted.

Shekina Invest operates as an agent of the African Export-Import Bank and has a platform designed to facilitate both market access and financial support for MSMEs.
