The National Assembly has adjourned sine die(indefinitely).
This after the majority of MPs approved a motion moved by the Leader of the House, deputy prime minister Nthomeng Majara on Monday this week.
Majara noted that it was the culture and calendar of the events of the House to adjourn sine dieeither end of November or the first week of December every year.
She said the move was meant to give legislators time to go to the fields for summer cropping.
The adjournment would also give them an opportunity to report back to their constituenciesduring the festive season.
The House of the Senate has also adjourned sine die to allow members to go back to their respective offices and serve their people during this period.
