New board for RSL

The government has announced a new board of directors for the Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL).

The board will be led by the Association of Lesotho Employers and Business (ALEB)’s Advocate Lindiwe Sephomolo KC.

Other members are ‘Matumelo Rebecca Ralebakeng, Morongoenyane Florina Nyakane, MamonahengKoenane, Ts’ireletso Mojela, Libako Leisanyane and Dr Lerato Lerato.

In a statement, the minister of finance and development planning, Dr Rets’elisitsoe Matlanyane, said the board will serve for three years.

She said the appointment is a vital step in RSL’scommitment to strengthen its governance and leadership.

The board comprises distinguished representatives from key sectors, bringing in a wealth of expertise and experience to guide the strategic direction of RSL, she noted.

“This diverse composition reflects dedication to fostering collaboration, transparency, and innovation within RSL,” Dr Matlanyane added.
