Nedbank Lesotho in partnership with Pick’n Pay, this week, launched the Pick & Win competition to smoothen the relationship between clients and the bank.

Nedbank’s head of marketing and communications Sekonyela Matamane said the bank’s digital money solutions enable clients to safely transact anywhere.

Matamane explained that the banks leading POS machines at Pick’n Pay outlets enable Nedbank Lesotho clients, using either their debit, or credit card, to safely pay for goods, and to even request cash from the Pick’n Pay till points.

He also revealed that for choosing this safe mode of transacting, Nedbank Lesotho clients stand a chance to win various prizes including trolley dashes, grocery vouchers, or even Nedbank Mobi Money in their digital wallets.

“It is our firm belief that when clients know their options around money management and utilisation, they are better equipped to make the right money choices.

“The rate at which developments happen in the technology space can be overwhelming for many people.

“While we enjoy having globally awarded digital solutions like our Nedbank Money (Africa) app, we also remain cognisant of the need to ensure blanket inclusion, leave no one behind, and this cooperation seeks to achieve that by ensuring that even the most basic of digital transactions, a bank card swipe or tap, is not taken for granted,” he explained.

He said the partnership with Pick’n Pay came about because it is one of the banks corporate clients.

Adding that the two entities share a common vision or encouraging digital means for customers to be serviced as efficiently and safely as possible
