The changing of the brand occurred on October 8 this year.

In an interview with theReporter the head of marketing at FNB ‘Masakoane Marakabei said that the journey of changing the brand requires FNB to be advice-led in our approach, with solutions that are easy to use and safe and a brand that is relevant at every life stage.

Marakabei said FNB is moving into the next phase of its business strategy and taking its promise of help it grow to the to the next level.

“We believe this change will provide enhanced help to all our clients including a better experience on our platform ecosystem. We are making our customers experience Helpful, Easy and Safe services,” she said.

Marabei disclosed that FNB believes that the new logo signifies its efforts to reimagine help and create a versatile brand look and feel that aligns with its accelerating transition into a platform business.

She said as part of this, FNB Lesotho will gradually refresh several brand touchpoints to ensure a consistent customer experience.

FNB expects its clients to expect financial education and advisory from the Bank.
