Academy launches tennis tourney

Cosmo Tennis Academy today officially launched the Independence Tennis Tournament which will take place from October 1-4 2022.

Registration for the tournament closes tomorrow September 14 2022.

The registration for the tournament is as follows: M250 for under 16s and M300 for above 16s.

Cosmo Tennis Academy is a transformation institute determined to nauture raw talent to become champions. It offers professional tennis coaching and fitness training programmes designed specifically to meet each individual’s unique capabilities.

Speaking at the launch, a member and player of Cosmo Tennis Academy Matlholiso Motlomelo explained that the Lesotho Lawn Tennis Association (LLTA) for the Independence holidays to be marked with tournaments of tennis players who will play against each other to score points.

Motlomelo sad during international tournaments, LLTA will be able to get players from national rankings, which will make it easier for them to be picked up.

She disclosed that Cosmo Tennis Academy volunteered to put together the upcoming tournament.
