Success Mobidish and Success Creatives were founded by a 27-year-old vibrant Mosotho woman Katleho Kiddy Rammoko.

At Success Creatives this is where Kiddy produces hand-made slippers made with great elegance using fur from scratch.

She makes different types of slippers for both men and women. These are house slippers, closed slippers and open heels.

She has since introduced a new fashion as customers choose their preferred type of slippers.

“I decided to personalize slippers because everyone has an online presence and the product choices are endless so I had to come up with an innovative way to stand out,” she said.

She continued to explain that the personalization of the slippers came because she basically wants to generate more sales and for better customer insight.

Her prices range from M120 depending on the type of material used.

She told theReporter that she was never really much into crafts and DIY’s. She loves learning and enhancing her knowledge and that is how she stumbled into hand crafting slippers.

She acquired her skills from Anast Fashion School found at Qoaling Maseru.

She explained that she was not self-taught but emphasized that most of the other details and designs she now makes are her own invention.

“So, for my birthday last year I decided to do something different and learned the skill. I then came across a post where saw some slippers.

“It caught my attention and then I decide to go for it and I found out I was good at it. I worked on perfecting my skill and well the rest is history,” she said.

She uses all types of fur material namely Sapphire fox, silver fox, Minks, Racoons and others.

Rammoko added that she gets her material in the country but is looking to get it from South Africa because her suppliers only have a few and sometimes they do not have the material she is looking for.

She is aiming big as she told the publication that she is hopeful that in the next five years she will have her own shelter where she produces all her creations.

The 27-year-old said the intention is to create jobs and also train individuals who are passionate about the making of slippers.
