Overall, Lesotho got position three which qualifies team A to the global final organized by Huawei headquarters in China to be held virtually on November 6-14 this year. Participants in team A were awarded trophies while team B received certificates of achievement.

The prize money was awarded to other remaining students who excelled in school academic studies.

Those constituting team A have already started making preparations for the upcoming Huawei ICT global competition.

One of the students who participated in more than one competition, Sehloho listed the competitions he has joined from 2018-19 in Botswana regional competitions where he says he represented Botswana.

He added that he represented Lesotho in the 2019-20 regional and global ICT competitions.

The manager for education in the institution, Augustin Minalkar encouraged the students to continue working harder and reminded them of their commitment to study harder than never in their school work.

The awards ceremony was held at the school’s offices.
