The Lesotho National Development Corporation, accompanied by First National Bank, Nedbank, Lesotho Post Bank and Standard Lesotho Bank, met with the Quthing business community at Upper Moyeni on Friday as part of its nationwide business innovation negotiations.

The investment promotion body is in the process of introducing and negotiating new strategies and regulations that favour Basotho-owned businesses, coming up with interventions against the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as introducing innovations that empower and promote women participation in business.

The local business people owners raised concerns at what they called ‘lack of service delivery by LNDC’, but the corporation’s CEO Mohato Seleke said that the corporation reassured them that their time is coming and they too will definitely benefit from LNDC’s programmes.
