Information coming out of the National University of Lesotho (NUL) says two university employees have tested positive for Covid-19.

The first case was confirmed on Tuesday July 14 2020 while the second one was confirmed on Thursday July 16 2020. All the colleagues involved are in quarantine.

The two cases were confirmed by the ministry of health through the proper channels. The ministry immediately contacted anyone who may have come in close proximity with them and advised that they quarantine themselves for a period of two weeks.

The office of the NUL Vice Chancellor went on to advice the NUL community  to exercise mature and responsible leadership in response to Covid-19.
