Covid-19 shuts down Wasco

The Water and Sewerage Company (Wasco) has indefinitely suspended services after one of its employees tested positive for Covid-19.

According to an internal memo released on Wednesday, the employee tested positive for COVID19 on Tuesday this week.

As a result, Wasco management has decided to ‘put on hold all the services at it headquarters in Maseru with immediate effect until further notice, to ensure safety of both employees and customers’.
