Team building event Cooperate Challenge is back for the 7th time and this year it will be on October 3rd 2019.This year their theme is ‘spirit’ while at the same time pushing to promote a healthy lifestyle through fitness.

Blackmix organizer and founder of the event Manisha Black said Cooperate Challenge has become one of the most powerful platforms in Lesotho to promote various organisation’s team spirit, culture and employee wellbeing and they would like to invite all organisations to be a part of this positive platform.

“This year we are not only promoting a healthy lifestyle, but we are living those words. We are humbled to have Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF) on board as our health partner this year. On the day of event, all participants and sponsors will have the opportunity to have their basic health vitals checked. Participants will also have the opportunity to have cancer screening as well as HIV testing done on site,” she said.

She said this year they have decided to strictly limit entries to a maximum of 700 participants. The rationale behind this decision is to grow the event in quality rather than quantity.

She indicated that participants this year can expect new and improved games and challenges that will complement the main timed event.

“We are excited to announce that more than 50% of the available tickets have been sold already, so companies are urged to purchase tickets urgently to avoid disappointments,” Manisha said.

She said this year it will not only be organisations and companies but people can now enter with their friends and make a team of five because they realised that many people would like to enter but are not part of any organisation.

“We have EFS Construction as our winners for the past four years; we hope this year will be different and we can have new record holders.
